**About This Opportunity**:
The Fleet Services Specialist primary responsibility is to negotiate and partner with vendors to on the performance of repairs and maintenance for Coke Canada fleet assets.

The successful applicant will lead initiatives to drive savings in the maintenance and repair of fleet assets. Will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe, reliable fleet with good cost management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate directly with fleet shops and dealerships on parts pricing and hours quoted (leveraging industry standards). Buidling partnerships with external vendors.
- Review work quoted, including costs and time required, to perform repairs on Coke Canada fleet (trucks, trailers, vans, material handling equipment, etc.)
- Identify concerns and opportunities with equipment operation and quality of preventative maintenance activities
- Responsible for decision making regarding fleet repairs (timing, shop choice, etc.)
- Communicate technical information to local leaders in easy to understand terms
- Responsible for leading and executing initiatives to reduce the overall fleet maintenance and repair spend
- Required to prepare, present and communicate results to senior leaders

Identify work required that should be covered under warranty or policy

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 10 years experience as a service writer or service advisor in a heavy fleet shop
- Strong understanding of costing and timing of heavy fleet maintenance and repairs
- Previous heavy fleet shop/ dealership experience consider a strong asset
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite
