We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our organization and drive our growth to new heights. 

Responsibilities

As the CEO, you will be responsible for leading our company's overall strategic direction, driving business development, developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, building and maintaining the company's brand image and reputation through strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of our goals. Your entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of business development, sales, and marketing in at least one of the hardware domains of agritech, foodtech, chemicals, cleantech, and IoT/smart home technologies will be crucial in shaping our future success. Your demonstrated experience in founding and proven track record as a CEO with successful exits will provide invaluable insights and leadership to our team. 

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience and expertise in business development, sales, marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. 
  • Proven entrepreneurial drive with creative thinking, risk-taking, strong business acumen, and a passion for innovation and disruptive tech. 
  • Proven CEO-founder with successful exits, deeply versed in startup lifecycle. 
  • Deep expertise in agritech, foodtech, chemtech, cleantech, IoT/smart home tech, with keen industry insight. 
  • Exemplary leadership with a strategic mindset, adept at inspiring and motivating teams, complemented by exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

Compensation

The right candidate will be offered compensation aligned with the company’s growth objectives and significant upside opportunities, including substantial equity and performance-based incentives.
