Scale Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain scales to accurately weigh and record incoming and outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment
- Perform order picking and packing duties as needed
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software to track inventory and manage orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software is a plus
- Ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as shipping labels, pick tickets, and inventory reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy
