OmniaBio’s facility will be Canada’s first commercial-scale contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) dedicated to cell and gene therapies and is expected to be the largest facility of its kind in Canada.

**Role Summary**:
The Commercial Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting the OmniaBio Commercial team’s operations and performance initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides general administrative support to Commercial Operations, including document management, data cleanup, maintaining team sites on SharePoint/Teams, supporting customer order entry for new clients and projects into the ERP system, and Salesforce CRM administration.
- Provides support and diligence to keep the team’s deadlines up to date and on target for the timely execution of projects, presentations and reports.
- Supports implementation of processes and process improvements for the Commercial team.
- Maintains sales, marketing and training materials and systems (Learn to Win, SharePoint, etc.).
- Supports the Commercial Development department with key business meeting preparation, and logistics for conferences, client meetings, special events and internal business review meetings.
- Supports the development of documents, spreadsheets and presentations for OmniaBio projects and initiatives including Business Development, Marketing and Commercial Operations.
- Supports coordination/management of the team’s budget and associated documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc, BBA or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter that takes initiative.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience working with Salesforce.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Experience working with e-learning systems such as Learn to Win.
