**About The Role**:
Are you a motivated and solution-oriented team player who has a high attention to detail and ideally some accounts receivable experience? This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in group benefits/administration.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Balance monthly ASO and Health Care Spending Accounts.
- Review and set-up HCSA new business.
- Process, verify and balance various accounting records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investigate and resolve customer requests and inquiries.
- Update spreadsheets and maintain databases.
- Act as a liaison between customers and group marketing.
- Maintain a high service standard of expected turnaround times.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Group Benefits and a degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Group Administrative practices.
- Knowledge of Health Care Spending Accounts.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet numerous deadlines.
- Accounts receivable experience.
