**Department Overview**
- The Wealth, Portfolio Delivery Group (PDG) team enables businesses to successfully initiate, plan, execute and control, both projects and initiatives that deliver against key business strategies. The team is comprised of a skilled & dedicated group of Portfolio Directors, Program Directors, Project Managers and Project Analyst supporting Wealth lines of business.

- Assist Program / Project Managers in day-to-day project execution, providing financial expertise, project governance and control support, ensuring project teams are informed and operating according to prescribed methodologies, regulatory guidelines and identified compliance requirements
- Work with business / technical partners and stakeholders as the primary contact for project governance and control related support, evaluation, reporting and/or analytical support
- Support the generation of key metrics, financials and other project information to integrate into the production of portfolio analysis reports
- Conduct regular financial / non-financial reporting for partners - both on an ad-hoc and regular basis
- Ensure that analysis processes and data output adhere to policy standards and guidelines
- Exhibit attention to detail and high personal standards for accuracy and quality of work produced
- Manage expectations / concerns with relevant stakeholders and escalate issues where appropriate
- Develop an understanding of the business / technical aspects of project assignments to effectively contribute to the project success

**Job Requirements**

- CAPM/PMP or related project management accreditation would be considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma, preferably in business or computer science
- At least 5 years of experience in project or portfolio management
- Proven ability to understand analysis and decisions support requirements
- Financial acumen as it relates to project/program/portfolio budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis and reporting; KPI generation of key portfolio metrics
- Strong analytical skills to identify, resolve and communicate exceptions outside general practices or guidelines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment
- Self-starter who can work relatively independently, once established priorities are provided
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to coordinate effectively at all hierarchy levels
- Comfortable with ambiguity, be flexible and have an ability to cope with rapid change
