**Our top client in Construction is **looking for a Low-rise / Mid-rise Superintendent in London.

It's a 12 month contract but there is possibility for a Full-Time permanent option for the right individual.

**Summary**

This role reports directly to the Director, Residential Construction and offers a competitive salary plus full benefits.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and is responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This includes planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site.

**In this role you will**:

- Build long-term relationships with colleagues, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure that projects run smoothly. Handle all sub-contractor interactions in a manner designed to build long-term relationships.
- Complete all activities with a high degree of accuracy and quality. Always ensure a high standard of workmanship.
- Lead the mobilization and set-up of the construction site, working closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
- Operate and communicate as one team, coordinate the daily activities of the construction trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, and use corrective actions to keep the project on time and on budget.
- Monitor job progress and costs while providing regular progress reporting to management.
- Provide feedback to management on all design, workmanship, and sub-contractor performance and initiate suggestions for company-wide improvements.
- Assure that design specifications are attained.

**Who is the ideal person for this role?**
- **You have experience in the Low-rise / Mid-rise/ residential construction. Industrial is a bonus**:

- You have a working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software.
- You have a good working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
