**YOUR ROLE**
- Drive annual revenue and build a long term growth plan while ensuring a lasting and profitable partnership with Amazon
- Ensure in-stock position on best-selling products through on going analysis of sales, replenishment orders and P70 forecast
- Submit pre-season forecast to demand planning team and project future inventory needs based on historical data and Amazon p70 forecast
- Ability to analyze sales performance and inventory levels at the style level
- Participate in inventory meetings with Sperry demand planning team
- Manage Selection/Assortment and identify SMU needs, working hand in hand with the product team to develop the right product for the Amazon consumer
- Identify promotional opportunities to participate in Amazon’s high velocity events (Prime Day), planning inventory to meet forecasted demand while achieving profitability goals
- Monitor orders process/management and confirmation rate in collaboration with the Supply/Demand Team
- Responsible for monthly financial forecast, annual revenue target and 3 year financial plan
- Responsible for daily communication with Demand Team to ensure PO fulfillment for both replenishment and long lead orders, on time delivery, and awareness of DC performance

**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role (Footwear preferred)
- Mastery of Amazon Vender Central (preferred)
- Strong MS Excel skills: demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large raw data sets to produce reporting that is intuitive and easy to read/understand, advanced formulas and experience with pivot tables required.
- Highly analytical and extremely self-motivated with critical thinking mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment and a team player.
