Le poste d'Assistant Chef de Projet, relevant du Chef de Projet, joue un rôle clé dans la direction, la coordination et la gestion quotidienne du projet assigné. Cette position de leadership est responsable de la performance globale du projet, y compris les coûts, le calendrier, la qualité, l'état d'avancement du projet et le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.

Que seront vos responsabilités:
Pré-construction:

- Soutenir le Chef de Projet dans l'établissement du formulaire de préconstruction en cours (PIP), des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et des mises à jour mensuelles.
- Aider à la configuration du projet et à l'établissement des contrôles documentaires sous la direction du Chef de Projet.
- Participer aux activités de planification préconstruction, y compris les plannings à venir, la santé, sécurité et environnement (HSE), l'approvisionnement, la logistique de construction et les plans d'exécution du projet.
- Soutenir la soumission des dossiers d'appel d'offres, la recommandation des dossiers d'appel d'offres des sous-traitants aux clients et la codification des coûts des contrats de sous-traitance.
- Aider à l'obtention de tous les permis et autorisations des autorités locales nécessaires à la construction.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour identifier, recommander, développer, mettre en œuvre et soutenir une réalisation rentable du projet.

Construction:

- Participer aux modifications de prix, suivre les demandes d'information, examiner et coordonner les approbations des plans d'atelier, ainsi que coordonner les informations fournies et requises par les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs.
- Préparer et mettre à jour le budget du projet, le calendrier et le rapport de coûts pendant la construction sous la direction du Chef de Projet.
- Aider à la mise à jour et à la maintenance du calendrier principal hebdomadaire du projet et à s'assurer que les anticipations du Surintendant sont alignées.
- Fournir un soutien pour établir le calendrier de facturation avec le client et exécuter la facturation.
- Soutenir la gestion des contrats de sous-traitance, y compris le suivi des périodes de notification et des augmentations de valeur.
- Aider à la gestion des paiements, à la résolution des litiges et aux évaluations de la performance des sous-traitants.
- Gérer les soumissions des sous-traitants.
- Développer et entretenir des relations positives avec les clients, les consultants, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs.
- Fournir une assistance au Chef de Projet pour garantir que les normes de santé, de sécurité et environnementales du projet respectent les exigences législatives et les politiques de l'entreprise.

Post-Construction:

- Aider à la résolution des déficiences et des problèmes liés à la période de garantie.
- Soutenir le Chef de Projet pour assurer la réalisation totale du projet, y compris sur le plan contractuel et financier.
