Violation Ticket Representative

Position Highlights

We are looking for an organized and detail oriented individual to be part of the Violation Ticket Dispute Unit. This is a great

entry-level position for passionate individual who are interested in working for a Crown Corporation.

The Violation Ticket Representative plays a crucial role in the Driver Licensing & Corporate Affairs Department. This role is

mainly focused on reviewing and processing a high volume of documents for accuracy and performing various administrative

tasks as required. In addition, this role will respond to various inquiries from the public regarding the administration of violation

ticket disputes and appeals processes.

The above requirements would typically be met through job related skills training related to office administration as well as

customer service experience.

Please note that shifts are scheduled within the hours of operation:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Must be flexible to work on Saturdays, and until 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
