We are proud to have launched an innovative eCommerce platform that streamlines the ordering process for livestock ear tags. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to help propel our sales initiatives forward and drive growth.

**Job Summary**

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping Leader Products Canada meet its sales goals and expand its customer base. You will be the face of the company to our clients and an advocate for our advanced eCommerce platform. You will work closely with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies, foster strong relationships with clients, and engage both existing and potential customers. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build their sales career in the agricultural sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Represent Leader Products Canada at trade shows and industry conferences to attract new customers and explore growth opportunities.
- Support the business owner in managing key client accounts and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Participate in sales meetings and deliver persuasive presentations to current and potential customers.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of creative sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and improve sales tactics.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the Administration Manager and business owner to align sales efforts with production goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry and proficiency in French are strong assets.

**Benefits**
- Competitive base salary ranging from $40K to $50K, plus commission.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
