Join our team

**Internal Communications & Marketing Support**
- Support the Communications Manager in the execution of the internal communications strategy designed to further company objectives.
- Write, translate and distribute a variety of multi-platform communications intended to reach all company audiences.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.
- Assist in the preparation of various company PowerPoint presentations.
- Stay up to date on industry/communications trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.
- Monitor / analyze the effectiveness of communications strategies and techniques to determine how to improve them.
- Assist in the coordination of various events including tradeshows, conferences, air shows, internal social events, etc.
- Manage the Corporate Communications inbox.
- Work with external vendors on the production of various communications materials.
- Handle information that is confidential and/or sensitive in nature.

**Learning & Development Support**
- Support the Learning & Development Manager in the execution of the Global Learning & Development Strategy.
- Carry out the logístical organization of training courses (send out and manage invitations, coordinate with internal/external trainers and prepare materials required for participants).
- Ensure proper promotion and communication of training to employees.
- Support the updating of content on the Learning Management System (LMS) Absorb
- Assist in maintaining the curated LinkedIn Learning library and update courses/ learning paths as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent an asset.
- 3+ years experience in a Communications, Marketing or Human Resources role.
- Excellent written, communication, and editing skills (English, French; German an asset) to effectively communicate with internal and external customers located across Canada as well as Internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Advanced PowerPoint and Word.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Works well with a variety of different individuals.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
