**Job Overview**:
Samsic Assistance Canada Inc., a leading international ground handler in the airline industry, is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As part of our commitment to delivering quality services and maintaining the highest safety standards, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our operations.

**Duties**:

- Pre-plan resource allocation based on expected demands and schedules.
- Allocate resources at the start of shifts, considering actual availability and load.
- Continuously adapt resource allocation in real-time based on operational changes.
- Use decision support systems to create and communicate allocation plans.
- Provide expert advice to address dynamic shift changes.
- Communicate plans to resources and monitor task progress.
- Provide feedback for roster improvements and maintain staff qualifications.
- Coordinate with IT for system functionality and during outages.
- Work as part of a team and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Other items as necessary per day to day operations.
- Enter information in AGOA as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coordination roles.
- 3 years of industry experience.
- Previous experience in resource allocation or similar functions is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with file organization, data entry, and computerized systems.
- Knowledge of phone systems operations and administrative procedures.
- Canadian Work Authorization
- Airport Security Clearance

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Airport Coordinator: 1 year (required)
- Schedule management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and French (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RAIC (Red pass) (required)
