About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Métier Plus, a leading Quebec-based company and global leader in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, clients, engineering teams, and planners
  • Prepare daily summaries and coordinate work between shifts
  • Assign work orders to technicians
  • Consolidate work inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work based on priorities (short-term, daily, weekly)
  • Communicate action plans and progress to clients and stakeholders (Work Notice)
  • Conduct pre- and post-intervention operational checks
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to support the company's preventive vision
  • Monitor indicators and manage discrepancies
  • Write work permits
  • Assist and support the Maintenance Manager
  • Participate actively in daily meetings to coordinate issues and emergencies
