As we continue on this journey, your role as AV Support Specialist will be to provide day-to-day on-site and remote AV support. The AV Support Specialist will ensure that we meet our users' AV needs including conference room setups, digital signage, and in-person as well as virtual Town Halls. The AV Support Specialist will report to the AV Director and will work with the AV Services Team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Resolve AV issues and requests for both on-site and remote users
- Support on-site events including town halls, high-profile client meetings, and photo and video shoots
- Support remote events including virtual town halls and video conference calls
- Perform basic AV troubleshooting such as resetting devices, cable management, etc.
- Operate and support digital signage system
- Diagnose and escalate technical issues to service contracted AV integrators
- Train users on how to use conference room equipment
- Evaluate AV systems for software and hardware upgrades

**Who you'll be working with**:
The AV Support Specialist will report to the IT Operations Manager.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience with Crestron, Polycom, Office 365
- Experience with web conferencing platforms and standards - Teams, Zoom, WebEx, SIP, and H323
- Experience with producing virtual town halls using Teams Live Events
- Experience with the Poly RealConnect technology
- Experience with digital signage technologies such as Triple Play or BrightSign
- Ability to incorporate new consumer products into integrated commercial AV systems
- Working knowledge of AV practices and procedures in a relaxed yet corporate environment
- Excellent client facing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A desire to join a dynamic team, to help the team wherever needed, and to grow by learning and doing
- High focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining attention to detail
