Our organization is currently seeking an Retail Associate / Buyer to help support our team. The Retail Associate / Buyer will support our team by providing exceptional customer service and negotiating purchases. Previous experience in a similar field is a plus, but it is not required for the position. We're looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who can balance detail-oriented responsibilities with general corporate policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors.
- Provide Exeptional customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they may have.
- Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets.
- Understand the company's buying strategies and purchase products accordingly.
- Follow the purchasing department protocols and adhere to their policies and procedures.
- Help online marketing.
- Merchandising of new stock, maintaining cleanliness and organization of stock and store.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Adherence to operating and security procedures at all times.
- Keeping knowledge up-to-date of all product information, promotions, and rewards programs at all times.
- Executing opening and closing procedures.

**Salary**: From $13.00 per hour
