**Commission Sales Associate**

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Commission Sales Associate to join our team and drive furniture sales through Facebook Marketplace. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to potential customers using the Facebook Marketplace platform. Your primary goal will be to generate sales and earn a commission of 5% on each successful transaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Promote and sell furniture products through Facebook Marketplace to potential customers.

Create compelling product listings with detailed descriptions, attractive images, and accurate pricing.

Engage with customers on Facebook Messenger, providing timely responses to inquiries, and addressing their concerns.

Showcase the features and benefits of furniture products to potential buyers, highlighting their quality, functionality, and design.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the furniture inventory, including product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Actively prospect and reach out to potential customers, responding to their inquiries and initiating conversations to maximize sales opportunities.

Negotiate prices and terms of sale to secure successful transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange furniture delivery or pickup, ensuring a seamless post-sales experience for customers.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transaction details.

Stay up-to-date with furniture trends, market competition, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in furniture or related industries, is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and proficiency in using social media platforms for sales purposes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively and build rapport.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve successful transactions.

Detail-oriented with the ability to create compelling product listings and accurate pricing.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

A positive and customer-centric approach with the ability to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Basic understanding of furniture design, materials, and construction to address customer inquiries.

Proficiency in using technology and online tools for sales purposes, including online payment platforms.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $13.00-$20.00 per hour

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK S7N 1Y6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
