General Accountability
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Investment Relations Team and driving the search for new investments. This position involves developing and executing strategies to promote and sell development limited partnerships, fostering key relationships within the investment community, and ensuring the successful handover of investments and condos. Regularly providing updates to investors and collaborating with internal teams are integral aspects of this role.

Nature and Scope
Working closely with the CEO, the Business Development Manager will lead the Investment Relations Team, focusing on promoting and selling development limited partnerships, cultivating robust connections within the investment community, and supervising investment and condo handovers.

**Position Requirements**:

- Experience in overseeing and managing a team.
- Proven track record in promoting and selling development limited partnerships.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the investment community.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee investment and condo handovers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate investment and development processes.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and investor satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability

1. Sales & Promotion
- Develop and implement strategies for promoting and selling development limited partnerships.
- Drive the search for new investments to expand the portfolio.

2. Team Oversight & Leadership
- Lead the Investment Relations Team to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.

3. Relationship Building & Project Oversight
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the investment community.
- Oversee investment and condo handovers, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Address issues and optimize the investment process.

4. Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to investors on project progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive project reporting.
- Review results with investors and stakeholders.
