Outdoor Sales Personnel

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the incumbent will conduct truck parts sales, execute customer retention strategy, and strive to meet the company’s long-term vision
and mission while also enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct truck parts sales through face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers in a B2B environment.
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers, conduct outbound calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
- Ensure collection of payments from customers through constant touch base and liaise with the account receivables team for regular follow-up.
- Build, maintain relationships with new and existing customers, and maintain a record of all potential sales leads and customer accounts.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer-specific needs.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities and provide timely market intel feedback to management.
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement team on new product/part demand and price position in the market.
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand.
**Requirements**:
- An undergraduate degree in sales & marketing, or business administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Extensive truck parts industry-related sales or management experience (5+ years) is strongly preferred (e.g., Truck parts, tires, lube, fuel, or other industrial).
- Experience calling on transportation customers with heavy-duty tractor-truck fleets or other vocational truck fleets.
- Self-sufficient with Microsoft Office tools, and experience using CRM software.
- Experience with AS400 would be an added asset, (but not mandatory).
- Bilingual (English; French) would be a valuable (but not essential) asset.
This is a full-time position, with general hours of work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
