We are looking to hire highly energetic Outdoor Sales Personnel (Heavy Duty/Light Duty Truck Parts) for our B2B Operations in GTA, to be based in our Mississauga facility. This is a full-time, permanent position and a challenging opportunity with high rewarding potential for the deserving candidate.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the incumbent will conduct truck parts sales, execute customer retention strategy, and strive to meet the company’s long-term vision
and mission while also enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct truck parts sales through face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers in a B2B environment.
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers, conduct outbound calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
  • Ensure collection of payments from customers through constant touch base and liaise with the account receivables team for regular follow-up.
  • Build, maintain relationships with new and existing customers, and maintain a record of all potential sales leads and customer accounts.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer-specific needs.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities and provide timely market intel feedback to management.
  • Work closely with warehouse, procurement team on new product/part demand and price position in the market.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand.

Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in sales & marketing, or business administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Extensive truck parts industry-related sales or management experience (5+ years) is strongly preferred (e.g., Truck parts, tires, lube, fuel, or other industrial).
  • Experience calling on transportation customers with heavy-duty tractor-truck fleets or other vocational truck fleets.
  • Self-sufficient with Microsoft Office tools, and experience using CRM software. 
  • Experience with AS400 would be an added asset, (but not mandatory).
  • Bilingual (English; French) would be a valuable (but not essential) asset.

This is a full-time position, with general hours of work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
