Integrated Marketing Manager

**What You’ll Be Working On**:
**Integrated Marketing (60%)**
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager by executing and delivering on campaigns, including the development of strategic briefs, collaborating on the production of creative assets and distribution plans, and facilitating cross-functional key milestones
- Project manage key marketing campaigns and activities, overseeing timelines, deadlines and key planning milestones
- Ensure business objectives and priorities are disseminated across the team to inform decision makers and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain the brand marketing calendar within a continuous planning cycle
- Optimize processes and recurring touchpoints to streamline cross-functional operations and communication, ensuring information transparency and alignment across the organization
- Maintain documentation, decks and resources, ensuring central sources of truth with consistent clarity and accuracy

**Product Marketing (40%)**
- In collaboration with the merchandising and product design teams, source all relevant product information pre-season for consumer-facing teams and disseminate accordingly. This includes materials packages, design inspiration, and technical/product knowledge documentation, among others
- Pre-season and in-season, conceptualize and disseminate product marketing concepts that are compelling for the Kotn customer, based on product knowledge, and align with merchandising priorities to channel leads
- Collaborate with channel owners and creative team to translate business and product priorities to consumer-facing channels

**Additional Requirements**:

- 3+ years in brand or product marketing, ideally in retail or fashion
- Excellent organizational and task management skills with a high attention to detail, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and react to changing business needs
- Positive attitude, flexible and adaptive
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
