REPORTS TO: Core Trade Manager - Mining

DEPARTMENT: Jobsite Solutions

LOCATION: East (Quebec)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Core Trade Specialist - Mining.

The Core Trade Specialist - Mining, you will be responsible for managing the East Region of Mining users, distributors, and industry partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build & implement a strategy to convert Everest users
- Convert competitive listings within our Heavy-Duty partners
- Establish & maintain relations with Distributors
- Collaborate with Market Managers to ‘Own the User’
- Collaborate with Sales to target strategic Distributor partnerships
- Collaborate with Product & Channel to provide feedback from end-users
- Collaborate with the FMR team to own trade specific Union & Association Training centers or Trade schools
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to identify new digital marketing platforms and/or influencers
- Prepare and present monthly & quarterly recaps

WHO YOU ARE
- An excellent communicator both internally and externally
- A strong multi-tasker who can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives & timelines in a fast-paced work environment
- A team player willing to take-on strategic tasks that go beyond the regular call of duty
- A person with strong presentation skills
- Someone highly motivated with an extremely positive attitude that does not make excuses
- Must be able to speak / communicate fluently in French

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 2-3 years experience in Jobsite Solutions or relative sales experience
- A professional with business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy
- Position requires valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and an ability to travel frequently
