**About the Role**:
This position reports to the IT manager of Operation/Help Desk and its main purpose is to support and assist the IT department with managing multi functions such as office facility minor maintenance activities, IT equipment inventory and security reporting.

**Specific Duties**:

- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
- Handle office (facility) physical, logístical matter upon needed. Equipment, desks, facilities breaks (heating, AC, leaks, etc)
- Keep records of what was repaired in preventative maintenance program as well as parts used
- Manage re-occurring services and maintenance.
- Supervise cleaning and cleaners’ companies
- Interact with different vendors and obtain quotes
- Responsible for monitoring, and producing reports from the access control system and Video recording system
- Work with HR to manage access control (badges) and terminations.
- Respond to audit requests regarding access control and camera footage
- Assist IT help desk/desktop support with equipment inventory control
- Assist IT help desk/desktop support with equipment arrival/return, labeling and distribution to employees
- Ad-hoc task

**Skills & Requirements**:

- High School Diploma and/or relevant certificates and licenses
- 3-5 years’ experience in several aspects of office/facility logistic
- Experience with computers, internet, proficiency in Excel and Word is required
- Some exposure with security access system
- Previous experience working in a team environment and independently
- Problem solving skills, organizational ability and technical skills
- Ability to be flexible, self-motivated and accountable
