West Vancouver, Canada Hearthstone Investments Ltd. Full time

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to executive assistant and colleagues to ensure efficient operations of the office
- Coordinate/order office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Ensure the office environment is clean and tidy
- Familiar with IT equipment and basic technical issues, and able to troubleshoot as needed.
- Perform data entry, manage files, and update records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Experience with organizing travel arrangements (and documents), accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and other documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as monthly reconciliations
- Provide support for financial year end
- Conduct research and compile data as requested
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Office administrative experience, minimum 2 years
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Pro, Outlook, and Asana
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions independently
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written materials
- Completion of Grade 12
- Vehicle Required and preferably resides in North shore.

**Working Conditions**

The hours of work are from Monday through Friday (~30 to 40 hours per week) during regular business hours (ex. 8:30am-4:30pm). Some flexibility of hours may be required for evening and/or early morning events and meetings. Street parking is readily available along with 2 staff parking spots.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
