Inside Sales Representative

Primary responsibilities in the Inside Sales role include:
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided by developing rapport and strengthening relationships with key customers.
- Contribute to account review process; convert target accounts into key accounts.
- Proactively develop new customer contacts, pursue leads, service clients to increase revenue streams.
- Deliver results as per sales budgets and targets
- Effectively communicate & negotiate with customers
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all market segments.
- Foster ethical working relationships with internal & external customers.
Qualifications: & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset
- Prior sales experience in the transportation/logistics or related industry is preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Effective analytical, time management & organizational skills.
- Effective Communication skills
- Effective relationship building skills
- Computer literate.
- Self-motivated & result oriented.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,373.05 per year
