Financial Modeling Analyst

**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Modeling Analyst to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models using statistical techniques to inform business strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their modeling needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present findings and model results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously monitor model performance and update as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Document modeling processes, methodologies, and results for future reference.
**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS is highly desirable.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is an advantage.
