Burlington, Canada NZH Contracting Full time

NZH Contracting is a general contractor based in Burlington, ON. We do both commercial and residential renovations, as well as new builds. We service Southern Ontario and cottage country. For more information about who we are, check out nzh.ca.

Responsibilities Include:

- Receipt wrangling, entry, & verification in DEXT
- AP / AR monitoring & entry through Buildertrend
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Some familiarity with Canadian GAAP and potentially IFRS
- Pull and compile reports from QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend (no analysis required)
- Work with external accountant to file and plan for corporate taxes and HST
- Other small administrative (mostly accounting-related) projects as required
- Some proofreading/editing tasks as assigned
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Must have diploma/education in accounting/bookkeeping of some kind. This is non-negotiable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, working specifically with QuickBooks Online
- Experience in construction strongly preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
