Please note: This position is a Maternity Leave Contract that is set to conclude in June 2025 with the opportunity for full time permanent.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join FACET Dermatology as a Clinic Coordinator. The Clinic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing supplies, and assisting in all areas at FACET Dermatology. They require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and Maintaining all day-to-day administrative activities at a healthcare facility
- Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments
- Coordinate Physician schedule and meetings.
- Medical Billing Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physician billing and reports.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels of medical and office supplies, and coordinate orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and optimize clinic operations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and processing payments.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Clinical Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in working under pressure and reacting effectively to emergency situations

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
