**About the Team**

This role is in Governance & Adoption, part of Engineering and Architecture Practice in ICG. The mission of Governance and Adoption is to deliver digital products faster and better using best practice operating model and toolkit as well as drive adoption across +20,000 users.

**About the Role**
The Digital Program Manager works closely with multiple stakeholders from sponsors to engineering teams and users to agree on requirements, get them delivered and drive adoption of the products and services (example of initiatives: Data, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**

The role will include but not limited to the following:

- Manage programs in compliance with the framework and process in place
- Gather requirements
- Accurately track progress and flag the RAIDs in a timely manner
- Formalise delivery plan and RAIDs in Jira and Confluence
- Define adoption metrics with product / service team and drive adoption
- Challenge and coach stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the way teams deliver, drive adoption, track and measure KPIs
- Take ownership of various parts of a project / initiative with tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation / requirements to make progress
- Efficiently build strong working relationship with project management, infrastructure and technology teams and partners

- Self-starter and resilient with ability to work independently with virtual teams
- Team player and multitasker
- Ability to learn fast, self-learn and get in the details of a technical topic
- Good stakeholders’ management at all levels with ability to build consensus

**Experience**
- Practical knowledge of Prince2 and Agile
- Familiar with Confluence, Jira and SQL
- Concise written and verbal communication
- Strong experience with data analysis and presentation tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in delivering projects within a highly regulated environment
- Experience working with engineering teams including developers, a must
- Coaching background in culture change, a plus
