Ecoclear Technology est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique et motivée pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Notre mission est d'aider à embellir les maisons des clients de manière durable, en apportant des solutions aux fenêtres embuées ou fissurées en les réparant ou en les remplaçant.

Nous recherchons un représentant du service clientèle ayant une approche professionnelle de la satisfaction des clients.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Recevoir et traiter les appels entrants, expliquer le processus de restauration des fenêtres et réserver des devis pour les clients.

Planifier des devis et assurer le suivi des rendez-vous pour les représentants commerciaux.
- Planifier les travaux et le remplacement des vitres pour les techniciens et les assistants.
- S'assurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites et dépassées grâce à un niveau de service élevé.
- Communiquer avec les clients et fournir des détails précis sur l'avancement de l'installation.
- Connaître et être en mesure de promouvoir les processus et les services, y compris la vente incitative le cas échéant.
- Fournir des informations précises sur tous les états d'avancement des travaux ; communiquer tout retard ou toute disponibilité supplémentaire.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.

- Bilingue - Français et Anglais.
- Compétences informatiques
- Capacité à rester à la tâche avec un minimum de supervision ; à identifier les problèmes et les situations et à mettre en œuvre des solutions ou à les faire évoluer selon les besoins.
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Forte éthique de travail ; compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'organisation.
- S'engager à l'apprentissage continu ; être capable d'apprendre et d'appliquer les compétences acquises.

EcoClear Technology is a Thermopane window restoration and glass replacement company operating in the Greater Montreal Area. We are a two-tiered, eco-friendly approach to replacing or refreshing your windows.

Customer Service Representative

Ecoclear Technology is looking for a dynamic motivated individual to join our team.

Our mission is help beautify peoples home in a sustainable way, providing solutions to foggy or cracked windows by repairing or replacing them.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a professional approach to customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and handle inbound calls, explain window restoration process and book quotes for clients.
- Schedule quotes and follow up appointments for sales representatives.
- Schedule work and glass replacement for technicians and assistants.
- Ensure customer expectations are met and surpassed with a high level of service.
- Communicate with customers and provide accurate details regarding the progress of the installation.
- Be knowledgeable about and be able to promote processes and services including up-selling when appropriate.
- Provide accurate information on all job statuses; communicating any delays or added availabilities.
- Other duties as assigned.

We provide hands on training and guidance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer service experience
- Bilingual -English and French
- Computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with tight timelines.
- Ability to self-start and stay on task with mínimal supervision; identify problems and situations and implement solutions or escalate as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic; exceptional organizational and troubleshooting skills
