We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with processing rentals, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and French languages
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a car rental customer service role is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French languages
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Bilingual skills in additional languages are a plus

- Aider les clients à traiter les locations, à traiter les retours et à résoudre tout problème ou préoccupation.
- Utiliser les compétences en étiquette téléphonique pour garantir des interactions positives avec les clients
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données pour mettre à jour les comptes clients et maintenir des enregistrements précis
- Analyser les besoins des clients et recommander des solutions appropriées ou vendre des produits ou services supplémentaires
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients en anglais et en français
- Gérer les plaintes ou les escalades des clients avec patience et empathie
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer une excellente prestation de service à la clientèle
Expérience:
- Une expérience préalable dans un rôle de service client de location de voitures est requise
- Solides compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite, en anglais et en français
- Maîtrise de la saisie de données et des compétences informatiques
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prioriser efficacement les tâches
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à gérer des situations difficiles avec professionnalisme
- Des compétences bilingues dans d'autres langues sont un plus
