Regina, Canada Cathedral Area Coop Daycare Full time

The Cathedral Area Coop Daycare is a community based early childhood center in the heart of the Cathedral Area that offers its employees flexible works hours, meaningful work and strong community support.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and certification as an ECE II or III as determined by the Ministry of Education.**:

- Willingness to further pursue ECE training requirements to meet certification, where applicable.
- Possession of or willingness to attend Professional Development workshops (two workshops per year).
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check
- CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- Previous experience in the field of childcare
- A willingness to work with different age groups
- Ability to create positive relationships with children and their families
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all the children enrolled in the centre
- Available to work variety of hours (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday -Friday)
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver early learning and childcare services in alignment with the centre's philosophy.
- To carry out developmentally appropriate programming for children.
- To be aware of philosophies and methods in early childhood education.
- To follow centre operational policies and procedures.
- Ability to work co-operatively and supportively with staff and parents
- daily cleaning duties

**The Location**: 2051 Cameron Street, S4T2V4 Regina Saskatchewan

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $21.73-$24.91 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK S4T 2V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
