Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social-emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of children
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, administrators, and other stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Special education certification or experience working with children with special needs is a plus
- Proficient in using computerized educational tools/software
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate young learners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of
early childhood education regulations and standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Passion for educating young children and creating a positive learning environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.84 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Early Childhood Education Certificate level 1 ONLY (required)
