Position Summary
Concert Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental office, serving 360 residential units at Fraser Pointe 1 & 2. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Community Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and supporting budget and administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage on-site and mobile staff, handle scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
- Ensure high-quality maintenance, including inspections, preventive upkeep, and contractor management.
- Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution.
- Assist in budget management, process payments, and monitor expenses.
- Maintain up-to-date property records, compliance, and support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

**Required Knowledge and skills**:

- A college diploma or a combination of post-secondary education and related experience
- Knowledge of property legislation (BC Employment Standards, Residential Tenancy Act, etc.) and building systems.
- Tech-savvy with superior organizational and time management skills, ability to exercise discretion, demonstrates initiative, and works independently and in a team to do what it takes to get the work done
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.
