The Analyst II supports the PMO leadership team and department staff on project intake, governance and tooling, financial tracking and reporting.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Manager, Business Analysis and Governance

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Support the analysis of all incoming project initiatives to determine the appropriate intake channel.
- Create and activate projects in the Project and Portfolio Management System (Jira) and ensuring data quality.
- Chairing and documenting project assessment meetings, following up to obtain assessment feedback by collaborating with assessors from numerous departments, and compiling project assessments.
- Generate various project reports, such as project master lists, project status slides, pipeline lists, status reports and dashboards; and Steering Committee, Portfolio, and ELT presentation decks.
- Support PMO Leadership in various data analysis activities, including project delivery performance and annual project planning initiatives.
- Support the recurring project financial tracking process by providing data analysis and reporting associated with project forecasting, capacity planning, and actual spend.
- Update templates, processes, policies and the PMO SharePoint site under direction of the PMO Leadership team.
- Lead issue resolution of escalated inquiries for internal stakeholders on project initiatives, tools, and reports; identify root cause and define actions to eliminate recurrence.
- Guide PMO staff on project cost management, including acting as a liaison between the PMO and Finance when appropriate.
- Support regular audits of project artifacts, processes, and best practices to ensure adherence to enterprise and project office audit processes.
- Serve as a key project resource on PMO-sponsored continuous improvement initiatives. May also be able to manage certain PMO-Sponsored projects, depending on experience and skill set.
