TD Information Security covers the development and management of security strategies, policies and programs to assess, prioritize, and mitigate business risk with technology controls. Priorities include: mitigating and managing cyber The Business Governance and Control team are the protectors of our businesses guided by the Three Lines of Defense Risk Framework: Risk Ownership, Risk Oversight, and Internal Audit. Our overall goal is to oversee the compliance of business risk, controls and oversight activities, while lending a critical voice as a consultant contributing towards a mutual goal. The function of Technology Operational Resilience (TOR) is to ensure TD is ready and able to effectively prepare, prevent, respond, and recover from any issues that would impede TD's ability to deliver services to its employees and customers.

About This Role
Are you passionate about managing a portfolio of governance and control activities for moderately complex or high-risk business or functional area? Can you implement policies, processes and initiatives to meet governance and control guidelines while acting as a technical lead on key control initiatives? As **Technology Resilience Analyst**, you will: Contribute to the strategic direction of the business governance and control function and play a key role in the development and implementation of risk strategies in support of the overall business strategy.

- Develop and document a comprehensive inventory of processes and controls with clearly defined owners and roles and responsibilities for each process and control
- Participate in the intake of applicable regulation, assessment of impact to the business line, and the comprehensive mapping of associated controls to rules and regulations.
- Ensure programs / policies / practices are well managed, meets business needs / priorities, and complies with internal / external requirements
- Exercise discretion in managing communication / correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality
- Lead research projects; support the development / delivery of materials and presentations to management or broader audience
- Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial business knowledge / expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas
- Integrate knowledge of the enterprise sub-function’s or business line’s overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operations
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
- Participate as a member of the team, support a positive work environment and ensure timely communication
- Provide leadership as a Subject Matter Expert and participate in knowledge transfer within the team / business unit
- Keep current on emerging trends / developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques
- Drive development, implementation, and currency of the Technology Resilience Assessment Framework and associated measures
- Implement and manage robust reporting against technology resilience levels, identified gaps, resilience dependencies and open issues
- Perform industry benchmarking to compare TD's technology resilience approach, processes, and levels to peer banks
- Work across technology, cyber and business areas to develop plans to track the effectiveness of resilience frameworks and to measure and increase the resilience of TD
- Work with technology owners to identify operational resilience risks in system design, operations and/or architecture
- Collaboratively develop options to reduce identified resilience gaps and measure progress
- Develop and implement measures of operational resilience that allow appropriate risk visibility and management
