Responsibilities:

- Use your working knowledge of accounting, finance, and budgeting to hire, train, and manage a team of employees.
- Manage staff development by coordinating resources with HR.
- Manage the communication flows within the office.
- Speak with clients on behalf of the firm.
- Own all financial aspects of the firm.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the firm.
- Manage client accounts and policies.
- Analyze financial information.
- Create business plans based on company needs.
- Ability to measure jobs accurately
- Ability to fix minor roof repairs
- Have experience with the program "I Roofing" or willing to learn
- Have roofing (shingles and metal roofs), siding, soffit and fascia quoting experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
