Inspired by life and designer of a new science at the frontier between cosmetics and medicine, NAOS develops its activities in the fields of beauty, health and well-being through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and État Pur. Present in 100 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France).

Our North American subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/USA) is seeking a national trainer who will play a central role in representing and supporting the Esthederm and Bioderma brands by providing training to partners and professionals in contributing to and fulfilling the growing mandate of education in North America.
- This role focuses on both the delivery and development of training
- Provide training to: skin care professionals, schools, dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, estheticians, medical spas
- Train the sales organization and new employees
- Assist in the development of routine training materials and programs for product/program launches and training programs in conjunction with the Training and Marketing Manager
- Establish, develop, maintain relationships with potential partners and clients
- Work in collaboration with the field sales organization to support new account openings, trade shows, client events
- Train and perform aesthetic treatments with existing and potential partners and assist with product selection
- Deliver specific training strategies for key accounts, partners and schools
- Deliver online training and webinars (MS Teams, Zoom, others), PowerPoint
- Continually improve knowledge of current training materials
- Monitor, evaluate and update training programs, processes and tools
- Any other related tasks

**Profile**
- Graduate in esthetics
- Prefer experience in a specialized educator role (skin care related training to medical practices)
- Fluency in English (mandatory), French language skills, an asset
- Outstanding presentation skills, personality: able to fully engage the audience
- Flexibility and adaptability are necessary to perform in this position
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when required by business needs
- Willingness to travel extensively within the regions
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in the MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
