We currently have a **Regular Full-time **opportunity for a **System Administrator **in the** Finance, Payroll** at our **St. John's Rehab Campus**.

**Hours of Work**:Days, 8hrs shifts; As per schedule

Payroll Services at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is a team of 10+ providing full service payroll to over 9,000 Hospital staff. Reporting to the Manager, the Dimensions System administrator is responsible for assisting the end user and manager who directly or indirectly use Dimensions system, supporting senior system analyst with all kinds of testing in

Key Tasks
- Review time & attendance missing approval report every pay, investigate any issues and proactively contact manager for validations or solutions
- Maintain and update End User documents or web page by analyzing business, user and corporate requirements
- Working with Dimensions System analyst to review and test any changes in the UAT environment before put into production
- Assisting with any tasks due to early closing during statutory holiday and year-end process.
- Support time and attendance related projects through documentation of current status informing solution design and assisting with testing, data validation and change management
- Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Skills
- Completion of a post-secondary degree program (Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ progressive experience administering a scheduling system within a large organization (Healthcare and/or experience in a unionized environment preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of time and attendance ( e.g. UKG Dimensions )
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills;
- Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills, who can build relationships easily to move initiatives forward
- Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical users in a simple manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of data accurately and in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
