Reporting to the Vaughan office Project Management Team, the Customer Service Administrator is part of a team who is involved in carrying out communications with corporate clients, partners and the general public while representing Telecon Inc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting
- Knowledge of the construction or telecommunications industry is a strong asset
- Proficiency navigating Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with and deescalating customer complaints

**ABOUT TELECON GROUP**

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.50 per hour
