**Role Overview**:

- Completing routine audits and compiling of reports relying upon set data points and significant client groups within the Firm’s corporate database to maintain integrity of records and reduce risk.
- Liaising with Compliance & Audit team members in order to maintain Master Status Report in connection with assigned team annual maintenance tasks.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and create efficiencies within Compliance & Audit team processes and audit procedures.
- Collaborating with and providing general support to the Supervisor, Corporate Services Compliance & Audit and Corporate Services Compliance & Audit Coordinator.
- Legal administrative education or minimum 1 year of legal experience in a law firm
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel)
- Experience with corporate records database or annual maintenance procedures an asset
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Proactive, creative, and able to explore ways to improve efficiencies and meet the needs of clients, maintaining professionalism

**Employment Type**: Fixed-Term - 1-year Contract (_Hybrid_)
