**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares estimates; pricing for leads coming in through Custom Cubes’ sales pipeline, confirming with Structures and Estimation Manager where appropriate.
- Uses system and software provided to effectively manage customer/project pipelines until operations team takes over.
- Facilitates operational needs of the customer (i.e., soliciting approvals, coordinating initial payment, following up with the operational team and customer to ensure project is moving forward, etc.)
- Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by adopting a customer-centric approach.
- Effectively communicates with customers on project scope, estimates, pricing, concerns.
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and concerns.
- Presents sales information to the Structures and Estimation Manager and Custom Cubes’ partners, as required
- Provides recommendations on the customer experience, where appropriate.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and always provides professional customer support.
- Seeks to regularly gain knowledge and understanding of products and projects in order to best serve customers.
- Other related duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Experience working in a customer service/support role, or a strong interest in customer service.
- Ability to stay calm when customers not.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including active listening abilities.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Learning and growth mindset; willing to undergo training if necessary.
- Keen interest in technology solutions and a strong aptitude for learning new software.
- Is organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered an asset.
