Mobile Mortgage Specialist
**Job Description**:
A Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) will generate new banking opportunities from existing and new customers originated from various internal/external channels (including Real Estate agents, builders and branch customers). The ability to develop relationships with both internal and external channels is crucial to the success of the role. The MMS will build brand loyalty through exceptional and personalized service.
The key responsibilities of the MMS will be:
- Establish business relationships directly with consumers and Real Estate agents in order to generate mortgage business volume in line with the organizational goals;
- Plan & implement effective mortgage sales strategies;
- Training of real estate agents and Bank branches about the Bank's Canada mortgage products;
- Manage key real estate brokerage and Branch accounts; and
- Enhance/generate overall banking relationships through mortgage offerings.
**Functional Skills**
- Strong Prospecting Ability: the incumbent must be independent, highly motivated, results oriented and a self manager
- Self Management: Demonstrates time management and planning skills with an ability to organize the day with activities that contribute to the overall goal
- People Person: They must have a genuine liking for people and know how to get them to like you. Meeting new people and working with a wide variety of personalities effectively should come naturally to the successful applicant
**Experience: 2+ years in Retail Mortgages**
