Telemarketing Specialist

TELEMARKETING SPECIALIST - VANCOUVER

We are looking for a determined and energetic Telemarketing Specialist to help us grow our business in Vancouver and surrounding area. Work from the comfort of your own home with a flexible schedule. You’ll make outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of securing appointments for our sales team. This is a fast-paced environment so you must be a motivated self-starter who can maintain a professional demeanor while speaking to different kinds of customers.

Duties include:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling).
- Perform script to ensure consistency.
- Develop call lists independently.
- Generate a minimum of 10 leads a week.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our Account Manager’s schedule (calendar accessibility provided)
- Document all calls and results.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Set your own work schedule: best calling times are 8 am to 12 noon Mon-Fri.
- Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how our services will add value while exceeding their needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Telemarketing or customer service experience mandatory.
- Energetic, friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to work independently with strong time management.
- Results driven.
- Geographic knowledge of Vancouver and surrounding areas is an asset.
- This is not a remote work.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
