**Summary**:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the execution of a variety of day-to-day marketing-related activities for SigNature’s various residential and community development projects. This role appeals to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented and team focused environment that are willing to roll-up their sleeves to deliver excellent customer service. Drawing on prior experience in a support role, the Marketing Coordinator will help to lead and drive social media and online brand presence with our external service providers, develop collateral and support the building of larger marketing plans for each of our various stages of residential development projects, ranging from pre-construction through to occupancy.

**The Essential Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Helping to build and track against established marketing plans for each of SigNature’s various residential development projects.
- Plan and coordinate website and microsite enhancements to drive performance and metrics and SEO optimization initiatives.
- Partnering on the creation of the marketing collateral and sales tools required to support each development, including individual home designs, finishes and enhancements, amenities, property overviews and other innovative marketing solutions.
- Formatting and creating business proposals and presentations, correspondence, and other collateral for on-going business use.
- On-going monitoring of social media channels and online presence of other industry competitors to identify new opportunities to enhance SigNature’s brand presence.
- Merchandising of sales offices and other client-facing areas
- Assisting the Sales Team in providing necessary marketing tools prior to launch of new project

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of prior experience in a marketing support role within a residential development environment
- Strong initiative, planning and execution skills.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to create interesting content for Signature’s internal and external sites, printed materials and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proof materials for errors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team, playing both a leading and supporting role as required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships while demonstrating and delivering a high-level of customer service.
