About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hillcrest Security Ltd. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our organization and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spokesperson: Act as the primary point of contact for our organization, responding to inquiries and representing our brand in a professional manner.
  • Communication: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other communications to effectively convey our message to our target audience.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special events and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Research: Conduct research and gather information to support our marketing efforts and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with the media to secure coverage and promote our brand.
  • Program Development: Develop and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs to engage our target audience.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and/or deliver contracts for sports, literary, performance, or other events.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our team to achieve our marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
