**We are hiring for a Bilingual HR generalist (French) Position**

**Mode of employment**:Hybrid Position, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST

**Employment type**:Contract-based, 6 months with possible extension

**Prerequisites**
- **English and French Bilingual (must)**
- CHRP and CPHR accredited and registered.
- G2/G Class Driver License and willing to commute around assigned areas
- Background in the manufacturing business
- Resides in Mississauga or neighbouring town

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Bilingual in English and French is a must.
- Must be a registered CHRP and CPHR
- G2/G Class drivers license, willing to commute to designated assigned areas
- 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources **IN A MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
