**2 ‑ Full Time‑ Scheduling & Payroll Analyst**

Under the general direction of the Manager Payroll & Accounting the Analyst, Payroll and Scheduling Systems
assists as necessary with the processes and administration of the scheduling and payroll related systems. Assists
the Manager in review, reconciliation, analysis, gathering information for reports and on‑going reporting as well as
developing or analyzing scheduling information, models and/or forecasts. Works directly with the scheduling and
payroll systems, interfaces, advanced spreadsheet files, databases and linked files in a shared network
environment. Assumes necessary duties in the absence of the Manager. This position requires strong technology,
organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
*Requires a post‑secondary education in accounting, payroll administration with preference for a bachelor's degree
Skills/AbiIities:
