Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficient implementation of key initiatives.
- Enhance Network Speed & Efficiency: Strategize and implement initiatives to improve network speed, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all service channels.
- Evaluate Outbound Lanes: Analyze potential new outbound lanes, identify key expansion opportunities, and make recommendations to improve network coverage and service offerings in target markets.
- Expansion Plan Execution: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute expansion plan for our network across Canada, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network speed, operational timelines, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing sales or logistics role, preferably within a supply chain, transportation, or network optimization environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to addressing challenges, and a focus on delivering results.
