**Position Objective**:

- The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dermatologists key for LEO as well as medical organizations in their respective region to create awareness of LEO Pharma. This role will provide insight and guidance on customer and competitive landscape to inform commercial activities. The role will interact with other departments and leadership within the organization.**Role & Responsibilities**:
Continuously strives to gain market intelligence: insights on customer needs, expectations and environmental challenges.
-Proactively identifies critical business opportunities and concerns and shares input to the other functions
-Develops action plan in collaboration with commercial and MSL colleagues, as well as other key internal stakeholders, focused on key customers with measurable tactics to gain access and deliver added value to customers
-Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with current and future thought leaders, within Atopic Dermatitis.
-Assist in the development of a customer engagement plan and maintain database of thought leaders and contacts
-Maintain awareness of internal and external sources to support high-quality conference planning and LEO Pharma presence
-Attend scientific conferences to gather key information in order to provide insights and summaries to internal development teams
-Assist in opinion Leader account management to identify and better understand the top national OLs in therapeutic areas of interest.
-Lead and conduct advisory boards and consult meetings.
-Understand and adhere to all applicable Canadian laws, Health Canada regulations, and LEO Pharma’s Internal Code of Conduct, SOP’s, policies. Pharmacovigilance & Compliance with Adverse Events
-Recognize that PV cases may come to your knowledge in this role and fulfil the responsibility to forward any adverse event and patient safety cases to the local Pharmacovigilance department in accordance with company policies General
-Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s, policies, and guidelines applicable to role.
-Complete mandatory training in assigned timelines upon hire as well as when new or revised policies, SOP's, guidance’s are issued.
-Participate in personal development and training sessions as required for the position.
-Work in a safe manner that does not endanger yourself or co-workers. Report any health or safety concerns (internal and external) in compliance with LEO Pharma policy and standard procedures.
-Strive to consistently uphold LEO Pharma’s core values.
-Execute other duties as may be required by Executive team members and other members of LEO Pharma’s Management team as training and experience allow.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree required with scientific focus preferred
-Minimum of 7+ years prior experience, within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
-2+ years previous professional experience; could include marketing, sales training or leadership; experience with KOL development and management preferred.
-Prior experience in dermatological diseases preferred.
-Documented successful launch experience in Dermatology; biologics preferred.
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Demonstrated ability to build rapport with external stakeholders and internal partners.
-Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight timelines and changing priorities.
-Attention to detail with strong analytical, written and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint

**Working Conditions**:
This position requires working in a normal business environment.
-This position may require some travel (~40%), notwithstanding any travel restriction in place either at country, region, or global level
